Research into Enclava conducted

Radia I and a few eager Humanytarians have been conducting research into Enclava. The results found that it was perfectly easy to habitate in a enclosed area.

As long as the group is less than 200, not only does a small country bring all its people together but it gives everyone a say in the government. Radia admitted that it is perfect research for Humanytaria, considering we also will populate a area simlar to the size of Enclavas.
